Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are having trouble processing your payment.
Can I adjust my order once completed?
If you notice a mistake on your order such as an incorrect address or size please get in touch with us at email@example.com. If your package has shipped, we cannot make changes but up until that point, we will do our best to adjust any issues.
Do you offer gift cards?
If you would like to purchase store credit as a gift please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we don’t currently offer this option, we are working on it.
Where is my order?

My item doesn’t look how I imagined it would, can I return it?
Items should be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, in original packaging, and with the labels still attached. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. Sale items cannot be refunded.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
As we are a boutique collection, we change our range frequently and do not hold large quantities of back stock. However, some lines sell out quickly and we do reproduce sizes or patterns that are particularly popular. Send details of the item and size you wish to order to firstname.lastname@example.org and if the item is on its way we will reserve one for you.
How do I care for my items?
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our activewear. Each Zola Eve item should last and look good for as long as you want it to. See our Care Instructions for full details on how to ensure you get the best from your item.
What material are your products made from and how is your production process sustainable?
All of our items are made from 78% Recycled Polyamide and 22% Elastane. See our About Page for more details of our production process, how our materials are sourced, and how we ensure ethical and sustainable production.
You are donating 10% of your profits to HERA. How does this work?
Every quarter we analyse our sales and 10% of those profits will be directly transferred to HERA. We are proud to be partnered with this amazing organisation. Check out their website at hera.international for more information about the inspiring work they do.
