Shipping Information

All our tags and packaging are sourced responsibly including recycled paper and biodegradable materials.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £100 for customers in the UK. We aim to send out your shipment as soon as we receive your order. However, to avoid disappointment, allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Please be aware that we cannot ship orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed within the UK will require a signature upon delivery. In the event that you are unable to receive your package, it will be left at your local post office.

Orders placed outside of the UK are subject to Import Fees which may include custom duties, brokerage fees and taxes. The recipient of a package will be responsible for payment of any associated fees at the time of delivery. We are unable to anticipate the sum of these fees in advance. 

If the Import Fees for an international package are not paid upon receipt, and the shipment is therefore refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping and Import Fees.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

 

Lost Packages

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery through the tracking code.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We are a boutique clothing range and take pride in our services and truly hope that you will enjoy our products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you certainly have the option to send it back to us and either exchange it for something else or receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Returns must be made within 14 days in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, in its original packaging and with the labels still attached. Perfect condition means that the item is unworn, unused and free from any marks. We will offer you the opportunity to replace your product with the same product in a different size, subject to availability, or receive a refund of the full purchase price. Please note that Zola Eve is not obliged to offer a refund or replacement without proof of purchase. Always retain proof of postage. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.

Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons that are not due to our error, will not be refunded. 

Please note that any products you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach us. If you would like to be refunded for your purchase, we aim to process returns within 14 working days from receipt of the order.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
